Quickhost UK VPS 的升级风波

前不久,QUICKHOSTUK免费给我升级到了固态硬盘.

从今天早上,发现VPS很不稳定,WORDPRESS博客登陆界面经常显示过期,需要重新登陆.并且SSH连接总是过几分钟就断了.

而且过去几天(从上次升级以来)的博文和评论都不见了,这下我紧张坏了.虽然时不时有备份(脚本和插件), 但是还是挺不爽的,总觉得没有安全感.

我联系了 QuickhostUK 支持,虽然反应挺快, 但是他们也不清楚原因:

The vps is basically an entire server with its own hardware and operating system. We provide a virtual container for this to run in. We have no control over what you run inside this container. You can run any OS with any any software or services. 
Please note this is not a managed vps so we do not manage your OS or your software or services running on it. 
You may need to check your configuration and or restore a backup if needed.

我回复说之前不会这样, 肯定是升级造成的原因.

I understand.  But the problem is that it was working fine before  (i didn't make any changes) and it suddenly is not working after   it is moved to SSD - cloud platform.

I tried to make changes and it was reverted back to historical state. The VPS seems unstable to me.

This is not related to VPS configuration because anything I change now will be lost somewhen later.

后来,我登陆了控制面板,意识到有可能是因为系统还时不时连接到旧的VPS结点造成的.升级之后我记得之前的结点是处于离线状态的,但不知道是不是因为系统重启,造成的这个结点又变成在线使得冲突.但数据肯定不会丢,这样我就放心了.
